The grapes are brought in to the winery and the stems of the grape fruit are removed and the de-stemmed grapes are then put into the crusher where the skin of the fruit is broken to release the juice. Then the mass obtained is put into the fermenting vessel and the skin of the grape fruit caps the mass, this is done to bring in color and flavor for the fruit. Then the extract is preserved in an oak or stainless container for years together before they are served. |
